If generation fails, hangs, or returns a description that clearly does not match your reference, send the file or the URL along with the tool you used and roughly when it happened. A bad reading with the original reference attached is the single most useful bug report we can get.

Suggestions for the tools, requests for a guide, or a correction to something written on this site. If you think a guide is wrong or incomplete, say which paragraph — we would rather fix it than leave it.

Promptify is operated online only and has no public office or phone line. We do not ask for account details, payment information or passwords, and no one from Promptify will ever request them by email.
