Contact Promptify
Promptify is a small independent project, so email is the only channel. It does get read, though. Write to promptify.help@gmail.com and we'll reply as soon as we can. Include enough detail for us to reproduce whatever you're reporting.
General questions
Not sure which tool fits your reference, or whether Promptify can do what you need? Tell us what you're trying to make and we'll point you at the right tool or guide.
Email us about this →Technical problems
If generation fails, hangs, or comes back with a description that clearly doesn't match your reference, send us the file or URL, the tool you used, and roughly when it happened. A bad reading with the original reference attached is the single most useful bug report we can get.
Email us about this →Feedback and corrections
Suggestions for the tools, requests for a guide, or a correction to something written on this site. If a guide is wrong or incomplete, tell us which paragraph — we'd rather fix it than leave it.
Email us about this →Business and advertising
Partnership, advertising or press enquiries. Tell us what you're proposing in the first message rather than asking for a call.
Email us about this →Before you write in
A lot of questions are already answered on the FAQ, including supported file types, why two similar images can produce different prompts, and what to do when generation fails. For how uploads are handled, see the Privacy Policy; for the rules of use, see the Terms of Use.
Promptify runs online only — no public office, no phone line. We never ask for account details, payment information or passwords, and no one from Promptify will ever request them by email.
