Privacy Policy

PromptifyApp, available at www.promptifyapp.in, is maintained and operated by Thomas Chacko. This policy explains what information is processed when you use Promptify’s image, website-theme, poster, and infographic tools, and what choices you have.
1. Information we process
Uploaded files. Images and PDFs are processed only to produce the requested visual analysis and prompt. Images are resized in your browser before analysis where supported. Promptify does not save uploaded files to an application database or use them to train models.
Website URLs. When you use Website Theme Grab, the public URL you submit is fetched and rendered so Promptify can read visible layout, colour, typography, and interface patterns. Do not submit private, access-controlled, or confidential pages.
Generated prompts and local history.Your request is processed dynamically to return a result. If you use prompt history, those entries are stored locally in your browser rather than in a Promptify account.
Logs and analytics. Standard technical records may include an IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, timestamps, and request status. These records support security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
Contact information. If you emailpromptify.help@gmail.com, we receive your email address and message so we can answer your request.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide the requested analysis, maintain service security, investigate failures, answer support messages, and understand broad site performance. Promptify does not sell uploaded files, submitted URLs, generated prompts, or contact details.
3. AI processing
Visual references and related instructions are sent to a third-party AI model provider solely to generate the requested description. Avoid uploading confidential material, personal records, or content you do not have permission to use.
4. Google AdSense and cookies
Promptify may use cookies or similar browser technologies to remember preferences, measure site use, and support advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s previous visits to this or other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to Promptify and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through the Google Ads Settings. You can also manage or clear cookies through your browser.
5. Data retention and security
Promptify does not maintain user accounts or a server-side prompt library. Temporary request data is kept only as needed to return a result, while ordinary security logs may be retained for a limited operational period. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Children’s information
PromptifyApp is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information should contact us so the matter can be reviewed promptly.
7. Your choices and contact
