Using Promptify
Welcome to PromptifyApp, available at www.promptifyapp.in and operated by Thomas Chacko. By accessing the site or using its image, website-theme, poster, and infographic analysis tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use licence
Promptify grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the tools and documentation for lawful personal or commercial creative workflows. This permits use of generated text in your own work, but does not transfer ownership of Promptify’s software, interface, branding, documentation, or site content.
Your content
You must own the images you upload or have permission to use them. Do not upload illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or material that infringes someone else's rights.
Intellectual property
PromptifyApp’s original software, interface designs, layout structures, branding, and editorial content are the intellectual property of Thomas Chacko or their respective licensors. Automated scraping, code cloning, removal of ownership notices, or commercial redistribution of the service is prohibited. These terms do not claim ownership of files you submit or the generated text returned to you.
AI output
Descriptions and prompts are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review results before relying on them. Generated text is yours to use; similar output may be produced for other users.
Third-party services
Promptify relies on third-party infrastructure and AI model providers. Their availability, behaviour, and output may change without notice. References to products such as Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Gemini, Claude, or Sora do not imply sponsorship or endorsement by their owners.
Fair use
Automated scraping, bulk requests, or attempts to bypass rate limits may result in access being blocked.
Liability
PromptifyApp and its AI utilities are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thomas Chacko is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on generated output.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
